Returns and refunds

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to arrive may vary depending on where you live.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
